Telescopic arm loader

Given the complex combination of boom extension, jib angle and lifting load, a reliable and easy-to-use overload monitoring system is a must. Installing load sensors on the rear axle assembly to measure the reaction between the wheels and the ground ensures that dangerous overload conditions are detected in advance.

Mobile crane

Integrating force sensors into telescopic stabilizers can measure load distribution, as well as bending and twisting forces within complex booms, providing important stability information. If the crane threatens to become unstable, the system can prevent the crane from continuing to operate, only allowing the operator to pull back to a safe position.
Vehicle stability

By mounting load sensors on the rear axle assembly to measure the reaction between the wheels and the ground and comparing the distribution of load across the axle, the controller prevents the vehicle from tilting sideways (when used on uneven or unstable ground).
Electronic traction control

By installing one or more shear pins to the tractor linkage, the force between the tractor and the equipment being pulled can be measured. This data is used to automatically control the optimal towing and positioning combination for a specific task as well as the rate of descent relative to the weight of the equipment being towed.
Extensometer

The extensometer of our sensor is used as a safety overload sensor for the rear axle of telehandlers. An integrated display unit located in the cockpit instantly informs the operator of machine load dynamics.
Highest reliability and long-term stability

Force sensors can be designed to measure tension and compression, bending and shear forces, torsion, torsional pressure and weight. Most force sensors are designed based on foil strain gauge technology. Unlike the explosive development of modern electronic technology, this technology has stood the test of time since it was first used for aircraft weight and balance measurements in the 1930s. While the technology has continued to improve over the years, the basic principles remain the same. The reliability and performance of any such sensor is directly dependent on the integrity and repeatability of the strain gauge welding procedure and the consistency of the sensor material. Accurate clamping pressure and temperature measurement maintenance are extremely important, and we have pioneered many innovative technologies in mass production of sensors to ensure a cost-effective production of products with the highest reliability and long-term stability.
