What is bellow load cell？
The elastic sensitive elements used in the load cell include elastic columns, elastic chords, beams, flat diaphragms, corrugated diaphragms, E-shaped circular diaphragms, axisymmetric shells, springs on its outer cylindrical surface. It mainly senses internal pressure or concentrated external force by measuring its axial (height) displacement.
The corrugated tube consists of its inner diameter, outer diameter, corrugation arc radius, and wall thickness.
The use of a corrugated tube elastic element in weighing sensors has a significant impact on their performance.
1. It has excellent mechanical properties such as high strength, good impact resistance, high fatigue strength, and good mechanical processing and heat treatment performance.
2. It has good elastic properties, high elastic limit, small elastic hysteresis, elastic aftereffect, and elastic creep.
3. It has good temperature properties, such as low and stable temperature coefficient of elasticity modulus and low and stable linear expansion coefficient of the material.
4. It has good chemical properties, such as good oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance.
